What to expect from our CrossFit Classes

It is important to learn the ropes from a professional, which is why we run CrossFit classes. Every session is taken by a qualified and welcoming CrossFit coach who guides you through the session, while teaching you textbook technique.

We have a maximum capacity of 16 members per class and each class has a CrossFit coach present, correcting and guiding, while having the social element of class mates and community. 

​

Every ability is welcome in every class. We have 22 year old whipper snappers in the same class as 50 year old fitness newbies. We program the session for the best and we adapt downwards. This means everyone completes the same workout, but perhaps at different weights, distances etc.

Class community is undoubtedly one of the major perks of CrossFit. The people are wonderful and the atmosphere is tough to beat.
