We are proud to be Exmouth’s first and only CrossFit gym, offering a unique space for individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. At the heart of everything we do is our strong sense of community, and if nothing else, we can guarantee you will make friends for life with us.
What is Crossfit?
Officially, CrossFit is ‘Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity’. But to us as a gym, CrossFit is a community of cool people doing cool things, and getting fit and healthy as we go.
In each session, you can expect to do a variety of workouts that combine elements of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, cardio, and gymnastics. Each workout typically involves functional movements like squatting, lifting, jumping, running, and pushing - exercises that mimic everyday activities.
