45 minute personal training sessions are a great way to get some quality coaching. Everyone has varying reasons for PT sessions over group classes, and we believe in both models. Any questions before you started, get in touch!

Functional fitness aims to set you up for life and with effective coaching and some consistency, this goal can be met. Each session will be led by a CrossFit Trainer and last for an hour. You can expect a little bit of cardio, some light gymnastic work, body movements and an intro to some weightlifting. Whether you have continued to exercise through your pregnancy or not, we will scale each movement to your fitness level.
Book your sessions as single passes under Membership Options, so if you can’t make it this week, you haven’t lost a session, you can just use it for the following week. This will allow you to test the waters with no added pressure of a membership or contract. What better way to get involved and into a nice new routine.
